DINGMENG PRECISION MOLD LIMITED(DMP Mold)deeply knows that delivering products meeting customer’s requirements is the most important part of our business. Our engineers with rich experience and workers with lots years of mould making experience can guarantee high quality moulds or plastic products for you. We are an enterprise certified by ISO9001,IATF16949&ISO14001, and we have a stable and effective quality control system to meet quality requirements of different products after many years of continuous improvement. At the beginning of project, we confirm and verify the requirements of each product and issue a SOP（Standard operating procedure）file to reduce the risk of possible fault in production.

Our company has purchased measurement tool including Coordinate-measuring Machine and projector machine to guarantee that product dimension can obtain effective measurement. As to injection molding production each time, our quality control personnel would check each batch of products, timely find defective products and carry out relevant parameter adjustment to injection molding machine.

As product quality highly relies upon mould conditions, we carry out regular maintenance, if necessary, repair mould before causing defective product quality as a result of any possible deficiency.
